HiRE is designed to introduce well-trained & internationally certified talents in the different ICT technologies, graduated from Huawei iTB Program (ICT Talent Bank), to the main pillars of the ICT market.

Thus strongly enabling digital transformation momentum and serving as a complete ecosystem for an open and wide-ranging employment and career development opportunities for the Egyptian youth.

HiRE4 is an hybrid event organized by Huawei and supported by its main governmental partners, the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, and the Ministry of Labour.

The expo will accommodate a wide spectrum of diverse entities in the ICT field, such as: international/national corporates, governmental ministries, non-governmental organizations, business incubators, startup business accelerators, highly contributing freelancers and influencers, all under one roof to engage with highly competitive, iTB certified talents.

HiRE4 will include: executive keynotes and panel discussions, professional technology & career development sessions by HR professionals, and booths for recruiter companies to conduct the screening & interviewing with the talents.
