This Pilates practice is a 20 minute workout that is suitable for a variety of levels of ability and experience. The focus of this practice is strengthening your abdominal muscles to help support your posture and activities of daily life. You can also pair this video with one of our other yoga or Pilates videos to have a longer, well rounded workout.
