Jerrod Carmichael is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer. Carmichael gained recognition for his unique comedic style and thought-provoking material that often explores social issues, race, and his own personal experiences. He rose to prominence through his stand-up comedy specials, including "Love at the Store" (2014) and "8" (2017), which aired on HBO. He has also appeared in films such as "Neighbors" (2014) and its sequel "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" (2016), as well as "Transformers: The Last Knight" (2017).
