In this video, I walk you through tips for summarisation - in particular for summarising meetings and for summarising information like what you have done on your project. Being able to effectively summarise information of different types and forms is a core skill for a consultant - because it helps you nurture 3 key things: i) support from your seniors, ii) buy-in from your clients and iii) understanding from your colleagues.
