Why should customers choose you? What is your competitive advantage? How is your company different than a competitor? These are questions you should ask yourself and be able to answer. It can be difficult to differentiate yourself from competitors, especially when you first get started. However, you want to focus on creating products and services that can help you gain a competitive advantage. Whether it's price, quality, ease of use, appearance, or something different, you need to focus on creating the best possible products and/or services and/or content so that people continuously buy from you.

I like to use the example of an aisle in a grocery store. You are given hundreds of options when you walk down each aisle, and you generally only pick a few products to buy. Why, exactly? Is it because those are the products you always used? Is it because it's the product your parents or grandparents used? Is it because those are the highest quality products for your budget? Answering the question for other products can help you understand why people might choose your business over a competitors business.
