Welcome to Day 7. One full week of tapping into the energetic body through regular movement, breath and yoga asana. This is a practice of synchronizing breath with the movement and movement with the breath in order to discover your flow.

You are one week in and doing great. Remember there are no rules and you can drop any limiting expectations. The most important thing is that you show up. Even if it’s only to sync up with your breath and check in with your energy for the day. You got this.
