Day 5, oh baby! Our Day 5 practice is such a beauty. This practice reminds us how the way we carry our body can resemble or represent  our innermost feelings. This session is also a guided invitation to make it your own, be intentional about the way you show up to move and breathe. Can you be gentle? Can you trust the wisdom of your body? The physical branch of yoga offers us the chance to better understand and get to know ourselves. 

Continue to show up for practice and focus on how you do so. It’s all happening.
