There's rice pudding and then there's rice pudding. Oh my goodness, the difference a few small ingredients can make. This pudding is a custardy version, I think I just made up this word. If you like custard, this will send you to heaven, and back for more. It's topped with real Maple syrup and toasted flaked almonds for texture. Simple to make, you'll love it!
