Then the body tries to compensate for the lack of oxygen by making the heart work harder, which may result in an increased heart rate and shortness of breath.

Hair Loss (Biotin Deficiency)
Vitamin B7, also known as biotin, is an essential nutrient for maintaining healthy hair, skin, and nails. It is a coenzyme that assists in the various metabolic reactions involved in the synthesis of fatty acids, the breakdown of branched-chain amino acids, and the production of glucose, all of which are necessary for the maintenance of healthy skin and hair.
