We know, sweet tea is the "house wine of the South" however, it has between 100 - 200 calories PER GLASS. This alternative to sweet tea is full of flavor and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 gallon of unsweetened tea
2 oranges
Couple of sprigs of mint

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour the unsweetened tea in a pitcher and slice up 1 - 1 1/2 oranges, depending on how much orange you like, add the sprigs of mint and let the tea sit overnight in the refrigerator.

After sitting overnight, pour over ice and enjoy!
