This easy recipe is full of healthy ingredients and can be made pretty quickly. Thank you to Latrice Folkes for sharing!
INGREDIENTS:
1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 medium tomato (diced)
1/2 cup of onion (diced)
1/2 cup of red pepper
2 bunches of parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 cup of black olives, pitted and sliced
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 teaspoons sea salt
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Let site for at least 30 minutes, if you can, to let the flavors set in.
