That's right people... Buffalo Chicken Dip (and you can thank us later!)
It's loaded with protein and spice. It's creamy and delicious and healthier than your typical buffalo dip.
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces softened lower fat cream cheese (or Neufchatel)
8 ounces of soft tofu
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons of your favorite low sodium hot sauce (100 mg sodium or less per serving)
3/4 teaspoon nutritional yeast
2 cups shredded chicken breast
Fresh veggies for dipping (lightly steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, cucumber, whole wheat crackers)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat over to 350
2. Mix all ingredients (except chicken and fresh veggies) in a food processor
3. Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and combine in an oven proof dish
4. Heat 20 - 25 minutes until bubbly
5. Serve with your favorite veggies and whole wheat pita bread or crackers
