I understand the deck is stacked against you to make those healthy habits stick. The fast food / restaurant industry doesn't want you to eat healthy, they just want you to keep coming back for more food. The food production industry wants to keep buying their products in the grocery store. The diet industry wants you to keep purchasing their weight loss products and even the medical industry doesn't isn't always invested in giving you the proper tools to make healthy changes stick.
