Are you planning on making a New Year's resolution or introducing habits into your lifestyle ?

Maybe you are one of the many people out there who wants to start eating healthier, or start cooking at home regularly, lose weight, control your diabetes, take your medications regularly, stop smoking, reduce alcohol consumption......the list goes on and on.

This week I want to share with you the ways I help my patients make those healthy changes become a part of their lifestyle. Let me know in the comments what you are planning to do to make 2023 the year of healthy new beginnings.
