A diabetic foot ulcer is very challenging due to diabetic neuropathy. This usually means the patient does not have any feeling in their foot due to diabetics with diabetic complications such as peripheral neuropathy.

Dr. Biernacki follows up with a patient that had a diabetic foot infection in the hospital. He is currently off work and doing much better to his diabetic foot wound. There is decreased signs of a diabetic foot ulcer currently.
