The Cryosphere is a 1.2 Lb metal ball that can be frozen to ice massage your heel spur pain and plantar fasciitis pain. Is this the best heel spur massage tool? Or another worthless hunk of plantar fasciitis heel massager machine crap? Dr. Tom Biernacki and his daughter review this device and tell you whether it is a worthwhile ice massage therapy worth $40.

Ice and massage are two great treatments for plantar fasciitis and heel spur pain. The cryosphere ice ball is another such heel massage tool. We find that it is great for ice massage in other parts of the body, but there are more practice plantar fasciitis and heel pain treatments. We prefer a frozen bag of peas combined with a massage rolling stick if possible. The Cryosphere is a great tool, but the practicality is not quite there for the foot!

Use a massage roller and a frozen back of peas for your plantar fasciitis exercises and stretches. These can also be used for heel pain treatment, massages and exercises at home.
