In this video, I demonstrate some simple back stretches that will help relax and loosen up those tight and sore muscles. First up are the single knee to chest, double knee to chest, and supine trunk rotation stretch. The last set of stretches provide a slightly different approach to stretching the back muscles and can be extremely beneficial for pain relief. They are the prayer stretch/child's pose and upward dog/cobra stretch.

These simple yet effective stretches can not only help relieve back pain, but they can also help improve range of motion and flexibility.
