To perform hamstring curls in standing:

1. Use a sturdy chair or counter top for balance. Keep your upper body straight, and try not to swing your body.
2. Keep your upper leg in one spot and don't move your hip. Bend at your knee and bring your foot towards your bottom. Come back down slowly.
