To perform an ulnar nerve glide:
1. Make an okay sign with your fingers with the tip of the thumb and index finger touching and the rest of the fingers pointed upwards.
2. With your elbow bent and out to the side, rotate your wrist back bringing your fingers back towards your ear, like you are drinking something.
