To perform table slides with shoulder scaption:

1. Sitting next to a table or flat surface, place your hand with your thumb up at about a 45 degree angle. Place a towel under you hand to make sliding easier.
2. Slide your arm out at the 45 degree angle until you feel a stretch, and the come back.
