To perform seated rows with a resistive band:

1. Sitting on the ground with your knees slightly bent in front of you, wrap a resistive band around your feet and hold each end of the resistive band in your hands.
2. Keeping your back straight and your elbows by your side, pull your arms back while squeezing your shoulder blades together. Slowly come back down.
