To perform first rib mobilization with a ball:

1. Place a racquet or tennis ball at the bend of your neck over the first rib, and bend your head to that side.
2. While bending your head to the side and slightly rotating it towards the side of the rib, take a deep breath, and then push downwards into the ball while breathing out.
