In this lecture Professor Zach Murphy will continue our ascending tracts video series. During this lecture we will be discussing the spinothalamic tract, also known as the ventrolateral system. We go into detail on how we distinguish sensations from our skin including the receptors, to then transmit signals of pain and temperature to the thalamus. We hope you enjoy this lecture and be sure to support us below!
