WHAT IS ALLERGIC RHINITIS AND HAY FEVER:
Hi guys, it is that time of year again! The bees are buzzing, the birds are singing and many of us are sneezing! Hay Fever affects an estimated 10 million of us within the UK and can be a real pain for those affected. In this video i am going to breakdown the most effective hay fever treatments and explain which ones to use and when
What is hay fever?

Hay fever, also called allergic rhinitis, causes cold-like signs and symptoms, such as a runny nose, itchy eyes, congestion, sneezing and sinus pressure. But unlike a cold, hay fever isn't caused by a virus.

So then what is hay fever? This is the allergic response from the body to pollen, most commonly affecting the eyes, nose and throat. Pollen is a fine powder produced by flowers to reproduce and is blown into the air, ideally landing on another flower to pollinate. For those with hay fever, when they are exposed to Pollen their immune system overreacts, triggering an immune response and causing those irritating symptoms.
