This patient was initially sent to PT for altered gait. She has what appears to be some spasticity in the leg and has difficulty dorsiflexing the ankle. She has a 10 year history of mild MS. The Hoffman's Sign and Babinski test should make you suspicious of an underlying upper motor neuron lesion.
