In this video, Increasing Knee Mobility for Posterior Knee Capsule Stiffness I show you a patient with diagnosed moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. I show you how tight the posterior knee capsule can be and discuss the importance of regaining full knee extension. Not all patients can tolerate this stretch nor should you perform this on all patients. It is appropriate for some and in this case has been making a world a difference for this gentleman regarding his lower extremity function, pain and ability to exercise.
