Arthrofibrosis can make for a challenging situation after surgery. In this video I give a brief description about How to Treat an Arthrofibrotic Knee in Physical Therapy. Be patient with these. The best way to treat it is to never allow it to happen. Early recognition of knee stiffness needs to be addressed immediately.
