This patient has a very interesting presentation of right hip pain with ambulation. He has a Superior Gluteal Artery Occlusion. He is an avid exerciser and has very healthy eating habits. He has had hip pain for over 5 years and progressively getting worse. We suspect a superior gluteal artery occlusion. See this evaluation for more information.
