In this video, we're going to talk about what you could do if you don't have any cartilage left in your knees—it's just bone on bone.
What you could do:
1. Get your knees symmetrical
This can help reduce the tension and stress on the knee joints.
2. Fix knee pain
Use acupressure. If only one knee is in pain, work on the opposite side (the side that's not in pain).
3. Reduce inflammation
You may have a lot of inflammation that needs to be reduced before you can exercise.
Typically, people that have bone on bone knee pain have a lot of extra weight they need to lose. The best thing to do in this situation may be to get on a program that fixes insulin resistance. Insulin resistance can cause belly fat, a stuck metabolism, and more. If you fix insulin resistance, this could even help bring your inflammation way down.
