In this video, we’re going to talk about how to get rid of trigger finger pain.
When you have pain on one side of your body, the best way to get rid of that pain is to massage the opposite side. Why? Your body works like a circuit. Electrical signals are sent back and forth between nerves. When this signal is interrupted by an injury, the pain can get stuck in that area.
This means that when you have right trigger finger pain, it can help to massage and stimulate your hand and fingers on the left side of your body. Doing this will essentially help rewire your brain to restore the broken circuit.
In this video, I demonstrate this technique using two helpful participants. If there is residual pain from surgery or just pain in general, use this technique for pain relief. Give this technique a try, and let me know how it works for you in the comments below.
