In this video, we’re going to talk about pain even with no injury. What is going on when pain turns on without any past injuries? Take a look:
Right shoulder pain:
This is often caused by referred pain from the gallbladder. It can also be a problem with the liver.
Left shoulder or arm pain:
This can be a problem with the heart—often caused by not enough sleep, excessive exercise, or too much stress.
Neck tightness:
This is often caused by poor digestion. It’s an issue of too little stomach acid. You can also experience a lot of acid reflux with not enough stomach acid.
Pain between shoulder blades:
This can also be a heart problem related to stress or too little sleep.
Lower back pain:
This can be related to the uterus or prostate.
Left or right hip joints:
This can be a problem of the left or right ovary.
Pain all over or fibromyalgia:
This is often an adrenal gland issue. The adrenals help control inflammation.
Knee pain:
This can also be an adrenal problem.
Right leg or foot pain:
This is most often a liver issue.
Left ankle pain:
This can be caused by a weak heart and poor blood flow.
