In this video, I’m going to teach you how to fix knee pain. This unique knee pain technique really works. The only time it won’t work is if you’ve had a completely severed tendon or ligament, or a bone break. But, if you just have knee pain, this video is for you.
I’m going to give you an in-depth demonstration that can bring you tremendous knee pain relief. With this technique, you’re actually going to be working on the opposite leg from the one that’s causing you pain. For example, if your left leg is causing you pain, you’re going to work on the right leg.
Anything on your left side is connected neurologically to your right side and vice versa. By working on the right side, you’re fixing the brain and improving stuck flow. Clearing up the stuck flow can cause your brain to stop sending pain signals down the hurt leg. You can use your hands, or you can use a massage tool to perform this knee pain technique.
