In this webinar, we’re going to talk about the adrenal body type. The adrenal body type often appears as a larger midsection and skinnier legs in those who are overweight.

The adrenal glands sit on top of your kidneys. These glands adapt your body to stress. They change the physiology of your body to handle and cope with stressors.

The adrenal glands are directly related to the fight-or-flight response.

Your body is made to deal with acute stress—not chronic stress. When you are constantly under stress, you can develop adrenal fatigue or adrenal burnout.
