This is a quick FAQ video on my new product called Trace Minerals Enhanced. This is actually an upgrade from my Liquid Trace Minerals.

I made this upgrade because I wanted to enhance this product with additional trace minerals. This product is also in a capsule form, which is going to be much easier to take. You'll want to take one to two capsules per day, depending on what you want to achieve.

What are trace minerals?
A trace mineral is a mineral that's needed in trace amounts. But, although they are needed in very small amounts, they are still very essential. Trace minerals are cofactors, which are necessary for proteins and enzymes to be activated in the body.

When I'm talking about protein, I'm not just talking about nails, hair, skin, and muscle. I'm talking about all of the small biological machines that do the work of the body.

The kind of trace minerals in the Trace Minerals Enhanced product are organic. This means that they are plant-based minerals without any pesticides, insecticides, or herbicides. Minerals from rock or soil don't absorb that well. But, these minerals are very bioavailable—they absorb very well.

There is a total of 72 minerals in the Trace Minerals Enhanced product. I increased the amounts of eight of the trace minerals because these are very important, and many people are deficient in them.

These trace minerals are:

• Zinc
• Manganese
• Boron
• Chromium
• Selenium
• Molybdenum
• Copper
• Iodine

Many people make the mistake of taking just one mineral over a long period of time. This can actually create a deficiency of other minerals. But, the nice thing about this formula is that it has all of the trace minerals, so you don't have to worry about taking too much of one versus something else.

Sometimes it feels like your body isn't working how it is supposed to. That can be anything from a runny nose to exhaustion, brain fog, or lackluster skin. Trace minerals provide whole-body support so you can feel healthy and energetic.
