In this video, I’m going to share with you my theory on dementia, blood pressure, and stroke. This is information for you to take and then do more research on the subject.

There are a lot of unknowns about dementia. But, there is an interesting associating factor, which is the build-up of calcium in the arteries of the brain. It’s also known that if the arteries are filled with calcium plaque, the arteries get hard, and the blood pressure goes up.

If you clog up the arteries to the brain with calcium, I also believe it could lead to a stroke.

People are told to take calcium. But, even a trial done on post-menopausal women who take calcium for bone loss found that it may increase their risk of heart attacks.

There is a lot of attention on lowering your fats. But, there are two main vitamins that help control the transportation of calcium through the body. These two vitamins are vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. These vitamins are both fat-soluble vitamins.

You can get vitamin K2 from:

• Grass-fed beef
• Grass-fed butter
• Grass-fed whole milk yogurt
• Grass-fed cheese
• Grass-fed egg-yolks
• Grass-fed kefir
• Goose liver
• Raw sauerkraut
• Kimchi

If you have a difficult time digesting fat, it could be because you don’t have enough bile, or you’re missing a gallbladder. In these situations, bile salts may help you digest fat-soluble vitamins.
