In this video, I’m going to tell you how to stop eating when you’re bored. Snacking out of boredom will completely block your keto plan!

As more people work from home where food and snacks are readily available, unhealthy snacking can really become a problem! Some people might be retired with a lot of extra time on their hands, which can also lead to unhealthy snacking habits.

Here are 6 snacking tips that can help you stop snacking out of boredom:
1. Get rid of junk food in your house.
2. Realize that snacking out of boredom will activate hunger!
3. Ask yourself, “Am I really hungry?”
4. Track your time. Fill up your day so that you don’t end up bored!
5. Increase your B vitamin intake.
6. Be sure to fill your last meal with healthy fats and greens to prevent late night snacking.
