Today, I’m going to teach you how to do a garlic nasal rinse to help get sinus relief from chronic congestion.
Garlic is a powerful anti-everything. This garlic nasal rinse can be good for sinus congestion, mucus, postnasal drip, sleep apnea, and anything connected with thickened nasal pathways. Many times with chronic sinus congestion, there is a fungus growing in your sinuses. Garlic can help kill and clean out this fungus, mold, mildew, virus, or bacteria.
How to do a garlic nasal rinse:
• Take 1 garlic clove, peel it and chop it into small pieces
• Wait for 15 minutes
• While you wait, boil 1/2 cup of water
• Take the chopped garlic and put it into a small strainer
• Put the strainer over a cup
• Pour the 1/2 cup of hot water over the garlic
• Wait for the liquid in the cup to become lukewarm (do not flush your sinuses with pure garlic pieces in the water or with boiling water)
• Pour the lukewarm liquid into a neti-pot (or a similar nasal flushing device)
• Flush your nose using the device over a sink
