1:21 The good thing about these three ingredients is they’re non-toxic
Dental plaque is also called bile film. It comprises microbes with a shell around them, along with bacteria. There are three ingredients you can use to make your own dental plaque remover. The first is 4 drops of tea tree oil, which is antibacterial and antimicrobial. Tea tree oil will help dissolve the bile film and dissolve the plaque.
Second is 1 tsp of xylitol, a sugar alcohol that’s an excellent antibacterial.
Third is 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, which is also antibacterial and antimicrobial.
Mix the three ingredients together and use over a few days, a mouthful at a time. Hold the mixture in your mouth for ten minutes, then rinse. You’ll slowly see less plaque. The good thing about these ingredients is they’re non-toxic. While there are a lot of toothpastes and mouthwashes out there, they’re full of chemicals.
This is how you can remove dental plaque with natural ingredients.
