In this video, I explain what C diff is and why it responds to natural antibiotics. C diff is a microbe. Its full name is clostridium difficile. If you’re antibiotic resistant, pay particular attention to what I recommend.
Health care workers, especially those in hospitals and nursing homes, are frequently exposed to C diff. The symptoms are severe diarrhea, cramping, abdominal pain, and inflammation in your colon. Often, these symptoms come on after you take an antibiotic.
Clostridium difficile causes over 500,000 infections, nearly 30,000 indirect deaths, and 15,000 direct deaths each year in the US. It’s a dangerous microbe.
Your goal is to restore your friendly bacteria to protect you from C diff. If you lose your protection, you’re vulnerable. As a day-to-day preventive, find a good, broad-spectrum probiotic and take it. In the meantime, I recommend two remedies. One is black seed oil, the other is myrrh extract in a tablet form not alcohol-based.
These two can potentially act as a natural antibiotic but without the side effects. The combination of restoring your friendly gut bacteria with a good probiotic and taking black seed oil along with myrrh extract, keto, and intermittent fasting is very potent. Over time, it can help you overcome C diff. The problem is that every time you take another prescription antibiotic, it weakens your system and you can end up with repeated episodes of C diff.
