Check out this interesting interview from someone who had diabetes burnout and other issues.
In this video, we’re going to talk about diabetes burnout, and I’m going to share with you an interesting interview that I did with a patient I’ve worked with for a long time. She had diabetes, sleeping problems, heart problems, and weight problems.
A bad diet and high stress levels are the major signs of diabetes in women. Stress releases cortisol which increases blood sugar levels and is generally harmful for people suffering from diabetes. Controlling the diet is huge for overcoming diabetes.
After successful diabetes remedies, she has experienced relief from her sleeping problems, has a better heart rate, and she has lost weight. She also now has more energy to do more things and get more out of life. She followed a strict plan for her treatment of diabetes and so can you.
