In this unique webinar, we're going to talk about ketosis, weight loss with ketosis, and other weight loss tips. I want to explain different diets and how the ketosis diet is different from other diets. I believe the ketosis diet is one of the healthiest meal plans for many different health issues—especially issues related to blood sugar.
You'll learn the two types of fuel (glucose and ketones). Ketosis is the breakdown of fat. Ketones are more efficient than glucose, and it puts out more energy. To get into ketosis, a person's insulin must be kept close to zero, and the dietary fat must be raised considerably.
