In this video, we’re going to talk about the hidden cause of neck and shoulder pain. Surprisingly, it all goes back to nuts and seeds.
Many people, when trying to get healthier, eat more nuts. What they don’t realize is that eating an excessive amount of nuts, seeds, or nut butters can be the cause of neck and shoulder pain. This happens because the nuts or seeds cause irritation to the gallbladder and the ducts that connect to the gallbladder.
There is a nerve that goes through the gallbladder and up through the neck. When there is irritation in the gallbladder, it can pinch this nerve, causing shoulder pain and neck pain. In about 90% of cases I’ve seen, the cause of neck and shoulder pain goes back to the gallbladder.
Symptoms of gallbladder problems:
• Belching
• Right shoulder pain
• Headaches
• Acid reflux
• Bloating
What you can do for neck pain and shoulder pain:
1. Change your diet
2. Do acupressure over the gallbladder
3. Germinate or soak your raw seeds and nuts
