In this video, we’re going to talk about food poisoning, and what to do if you have food poisoning.

What causes food poisoning?

• Bacteria
• Virus
• Parasite

Food poisoning symptoms:

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Fever
• Abdominal pain

Food poisoning can last anywhere from two hours to two days. If you have nausea or diarrhea, you’re losing electrolytes, and you need to replace those electrolytes.

Your body is trying to get rid of something when you have nausea or diarrhea. So, it may be the best idea to let your body get rid of it, instead of taking something immediately to stop it.

A probiotic may not be the best option in this situation. I’m going to show you a much more natural way to deal with this.

Food poisoning remedies

• Take apple cider vinegar and/or betaine hydrochloride (2 tablespoons ACV in water)

• Activated charcoal or bentonite clay (if you don’t have diarrhea or after diarrhea is done)

• Fast

• When you start eating, consume something fermented or pickled
