In this video, we're going to talk about how to stop bloating. These are five healthy habits for bloating and belly fat.

1. Avoid grazing
Cut out snacking. Every time you eat, you trigger insulin. Insulin creates inflammation in the colon and can cause bloating.

2. Avoid certain vegetables
Everyone is different, but certain vegetables can cause some people to bloat. If a vegetable causes you to bloat—don't eat it.

3. Avoid grains and sugar
Gluten, which is the protein in grains, can create inflammation in the colon, potentially causing bloating. Grains and sugar also cause a spike in insulin.

4. Avoid overeating
It's possible to overeat without even thinking about it. Try to be conscious of what you eat.

5. Avoid eating when you're not hungry
Don't eat when you're not hungry. When you're not eating, you're burning fat.
