In this video, we're going to talk about how to reduce bloating quickly.
How to get rid of bloating fast:
1. Acupressure
Massaging the gallbladder and pancreas can help reduce bloating.
2. Avoid grains, sugar, and starches
Gluten is a big culprit behind bloating. Combining sugar with protein or fat with sugar can also cause a lot of bloating.
3. Increase the acid in your stomach
Increase the acid and bile in your stomach. Bile helps digest fats. You may want to try taking apple cider vinegar and my Gallbladder Formula.
