In this video, we’re going to talk about what to do if you’re not motivated to exercise.
One thing that I frequently recommend for those who have a difficult time getting into an exercise routine is to use music. Music is a powerful tool that can increase your motivation and energy to exercise.
Music stirs up your emotions. As your emotions become more hyped, you can more easily start and follow through with a workout.
There are many other ways music can help your exercise…
1. Music can help you exercise longer - Music can increase your tolerance to exercise pain, increase your motivation over a longer amount of time, and lower your fatigue, making your body more efficient.
2. Music can help you complete a more intense exercise - Music can stimulate your body and mind, allowing you to increase your exercise intensity and reach your peak performance.
3. Music can enhance your overall exercise performance - The right kind of music can help you feel more focused, strong, and coordinated. It can even push you to increase your endurance.
