In this video, we’re going to talk about the Tabata protocol.
The Tabata protocol is a great way to exercise when you don’t have any time for a lengthy workout session. In fact, it takes only 2.5 minutes.
So what is the Tabata protocol? This involves 8 sets of 20 second workouts with 10 seconds to rest in between. You do this four times per week.
Here’s how it works. You can do any of the following for twenty seconds:
• Burpees
• Mountain climbers
• Battung ropes
• Spin bike
• Kettlebell
Each of these has to be very intense. You want to work out as hard as you can for 20 seconds.
Then, you take a 10-second break.
Repeat this 8 times.
