In this video, I’m going to show you a few really interesting stretches for low back pain as well as for the lower part of the body in general. We’ve actually been taught how to relieve back pain and lower body pain all wrong. The typical way people are taught in school is the opposite way than what should be done.
The first thing you will want to do is check the range of motion in the lower back and hips. Reference the video on how to do this correctly.
After you locate the where the issue is, you can stretch the opposite muscles. For example, if the muscles on the backside of the leg are tight, we’re going to work on the muscles in the front part of the leg.
