Let's talk about a big weight loss mistake you should avoid.
When some people are trying to lose weight, they measure themselves or weigh themselves every single day. Don't do this. This is a huge weight loss mistake.
Weight loss is gradual. Weighing yourself every day can cause a lot of frustration because you may not see much of a difference. But, something is happening, and you shouldn't give up.
Take an initial picture of yourself and weigh yourself once a week instead. Measuring yourself once a week is also a great idea. Doing this weekly instead of daily will help you see more change and inspire you to keep going.
The same goes for exercise. Don't expect to see changes after one workout. Instead, focus on how many push-ups, sit-ups, or reps you can do and how you can increase that over time. Measure your improvement by how you're able to handle a workout.
Focus on doing what you can to create a healthy body and increase your fitness over time until you see major changes. But, don't weigh yourself every day.
