In this video, we’re going to talk about how to lose back fat.

There are three primary causes of fat on your back. Take a look!

1. Insulin - High insulin is the biggest contributor to back fat. When your insulin levels are high, your body stops burning fat and begins storing it. Snacking, consuming carbs/sugar, and having meals too frequently are the causes of high insulin. Make sure you get on Health Keto and intermittent fasting.

2. High cortisol - When your cortisol levels are high, your body produces more insulin. As I mentioned before, insulin will immediately stop fat-burning and start fat storage. The cause of high cortisol is typically related to stress. Manage your stress levels regularly to maintain healthy levels of cortisol. Potassium and B vitamins can help reduce stress.

3. Low activity - It’s important to exercise your whole body. If you aren’t exercising your body, you can develop atrophy—which can make your back skin sag and wrinkle. Glut extensions, side push-ups, side position holds, and back arches are great exercises for your back.
